Building rated to withstand 70 mph "un-sustained" winds. Parts numbered, pre-cut & pre-Drilled for easy assembly. Vinyl plastisol coating is 5 times thicker than standard steel. The Arrow Murryhill shed does not come with a foundation or floor. Due to the size of this shed, it is recommended that you construct a concrete slab base. For proper installation, this storage shed must be anchored to the foundation to prevent wind damage. This shed kit does not include an anchoring system but can be ordered with the shed at the time of purchase. The Murryhill Shed is durable and made to last with a 15 year warranty.
